The 6&8 PS site forms part of the broader $2 billion Parramatta Square development, which is currently one of Australia’s biggest urban renewal projects.

The development is central to the vision of Parramatta City Council to build Australia’s next great city.

Slabtec has been engaged directly by Built to supply & install Epoxy Grout to the crane pockets in the West and East Cores.

This is to ensure a uniform level and strength is achieved to allow the level positioning of supporting beams of the Tower Crane so that it can perform a safe climb internally within the lift cores all the way to ‘top out’ some 50 floors above the street level.

  All Materials / Products / Epoxy / Grout products used for this project were nominated by Slabtec and approved by the Consulting Engineer, were the Megapoxy 206 Ultra Heavy Duty Epoxy Grout system by Vivacity Engineering. This allowed us to reach the min requirement of 32MPa within 24hrs of placement.
