Dexus has engaged Probuild to undertake an enormous $170 Million dollar redevelopment of the icon MLC centre building in the heart of Sydney.

Slabtec has been engaged to undertake strengthening works during the refurbishment to areas that have revised loading or require services penetrations.

The strengthening works varied between flexural and shear strengthening and were completed across several different stages.

Due to the limited time availability resulting from a working car park structure, many of the works were completed out of hours.
